Job Summary

As a Solar Project Coordinator you will be an integral part of a dynamic, fast paced work environment. On daily basis, you will work closely with your team members and various departments both, internal and external. Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, team presentations, reviewing partner invoices, providing on phone partner support, managing work order pipeline and coordinate client issues with internal departments and external service providers.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and manage relationships with Install/O&M partners
  • Work with Homeowner Support Team to resolve escalated homeowner issues
  • Review, record and process partner invoices
  • Work with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Work Order pipeline management
  • Review incoming service requests from performance engineering and home owner support teams and dispatch service technicians to appropriate systems that need servicing
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using monitoring phone and email
  • Escalate technical support issues to internal and external resources
  • Record and maintain logs of service requests, work or services performed, invoices, and other dispatch information in CRM system
  • Perform work order follow ups, update and close open work orders.
  • Manage existing fulfillment pipeline
  • Provide on-phone support to channel partners
  • Create and maintain reports related to assigned projects
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for weekly and monthly performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM case management software desired
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other similar data visualization software preferred, but not required
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly with a wide range of external vendors
  • Able to work collaboratively with Operations teams across organization
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in service request dispatch and closure
  • Outstanding customer service skills
