Job Summary

The Customer Advocacy Associate will be working with multiple departments including our billing vendor, executives, and our legal department. This role is responsible for working with our billing vendor, legal department, and regulatory bodies to resolve escalations and complaints.

Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to formal complaints in a timely manner
  • Manage correspondence with billing vendor
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to resolve escalated issues
  • Draft formal responses as necessary
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails in response to receiving complaints
  • Establish close working relationships across billing vendor, Legal, and Sales

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Strong phone and time management skills
  • Requires independent thinking and negotiation capabilities
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated individual who is comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Experience reading and comprehending contracts
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
