Senior Manager, Financial Operations

Job Summary

The primary role of the Financial Operations team is to provide our financial counterparties with the information needed to understand and manage their investments. This team creates and coordinates the communication of all operational and financial reporting including: operational reports, budgets and financial statements.  It analyzes trends, looking out for possible challenges emerging in the business before they fully impact performance.


  • Ensure on-time reporting to all counterparties
  • Manage a cross-functional team in the creation of reports to investors
  • Presentation of reports to investors
  • Support the operational roll-out of new capital markets transactions
  • Review legal documentation for financing transaction to ensure on-going compliance
  • Monitor compliance with capital markets agreements
  • Work with team members to support on-budget performance
  • Support drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Work with Finance, Accounting, Operations and executive teams to support financing relationships
  • Assist in monthly / quarterly close and reporting process


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in finance, economics or accounting is preferred
  • Eight to ten years of experience in an analyst role.  Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets roles preferred
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Experience interpreting transaction documentation
  • Comfortable working hard in a fast paced environment
  • Capacity to multi-task with relentless attention to detail
  • Independently manage multiple tasks (including ad hoc requests) in a deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced working skill set with MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
