This role supports our operations organization at a residential solar services company, working across fully cloud-based systems and tools.

This role is primarily focused within Operations, with occasional coordination across supporting teams such as Finance, Legal, and Technology.
This is a high-visibility role with meaningful exposure across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
What You Will Do Drive Operational Initiatives
Lead end-to-end execution of defined projects within Operations

Create simple dashboards or visualizations to support stakeholder alignment
Use data insights to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Pull and combine data from cloud systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing, billing) to build simple, accurate views of operational performance and project impact
Use Excel or PowerBI to build lightweight dashboards and tracking mechanisms; comfortable doing their own first-pass analysis and querying data from enterprise data warehouses using SQL
Improve Execution & Process
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination
Support process documentation and implementation efforts
Ensure successful transition of projects into steady-state operations
Support change management efforts, including communication planning and adoption tracking
Coordinate changes across CRM, O&M, and billing tools when process improvements require configuration or integration updates
Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI (e.g., workflow automation, smarter routing, better self-service) and partner with Technology to pilot and scale them
Work With Systems & Tools
Collaborate with IT and vendors on light configuration changes, testing, and rollout planning for operational systems (no deep coding required, but strong systems fluency expected)
Clearly document process and system changes in a way that operations teams actually use.
QUALIFICATIONS
4 to 7 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in services, energy, or other recurring-revenue environments
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from idea through implementation in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience interpreting operational data and turning it into clear recommendations
Experience building dashboards or data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; comfortable doing first-pass analysis independently and querying data from enterprise data warehouses using SQL
Ability to use data to drive insights, influence decisions, and measure the impact of operational changes
Strong organizational and execution skills; consistently drives follow-through and meets commitments across multiple stakeholders

Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivots, basic modeling) and solid PowerPoint or equivalent presentation skills
Experience working with or around automation, RPA, or AI-enabled tools is a plus; able to translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
